We start from your situation, not from a template

At each phase we agree what is expected and how progress will be measured. We adapt how we communicate, and the standards we apply, to the way your organisation actually works — which is how we start quickly and still deliver.

The firm

Why Razbor?

Razbor is a Serbian word for sound judgement — the ability to separate what matters from what does not. Every organisation faces change, whether it wants it or not. What helps most at that moment is someone who can say which decision to take first, and which risk to deal with before the others.

Branko Đurić

Founder and senior programme manager — project management consultancy, Belgrade

Branko holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) from the School of Electrical Engineering (ETF), University of Belgrade. He has spent more than 15 years leading complex IT, cloud, software, infrastructure and transformation programmes in EMEA, in North America and for global customers.

He has led multinational teams of 5 to more than 100 people, in engagements at NCR VOYIX (global delivery for the US and Canada), MobiLab Solutions in Cologne (Azure migrations), ICL Services / GDC Fujitsu (programmes across the Far East and DACH markets), Galenika (client-side lead on SAP S/4HANA) and NITES (telecom software, with ISO 27001 taken through to certification). The largest programme he has managed was valued at over €10M — the design phase of a 350,000+ m² civil project in Gabon, with a team of more than 200.

Earlier in his career he worked at Honeywell (building-solutions sales), Siemens Enterprise Networks (the largest Siemens IP enterprise-network sale in South East Europe, in 2003) and Telekom Srbija (key accounts).

A slipping programme is not fixed by another report.

Start with a delivery assessment: two to three weeks, fixed price, written findings with priorities. No obligation to continue.
